Cancellation by the User

Before the competition starts: You may cancel your participation as long as it is within the deadline specified on the competition page. The entry fee will be credited to your Indiabetzone account.

After the competition starts: Once the competition has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. The entry fee will not be refunded, as results depend on players' actual performance.

Cancellation by Indiabetzone

• Minimum participant count not met: If the required number of participants is not reached, Indiabetzone reserves the right to cancel the competition. In this case, the full entry fee will be refunded.
• Technical issues: In the event of unexpected technical difficulties that prevent fair gameplay, we may cancel the competition and refund the entry fees, informing affected users promptly.
• Rule violations: If a competition is terminated due to breaches of our Fair Play Policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for refunds: Refunds are available in the following cases:
  • Competition cancellation by Indiabetzone.
  • User cancellation before the competition starts.
  • Billing errors or payment issues.
• Refund method: Refunds will be credited to your Indiabetzone account and can be used for future competitions or withdrawn according to our withdrawal policies.
• No-refund cases: Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Disqualification due to rule violations.
  • Losses resulting from players' actual performance in competitions.
  • Requests submitted after a competition has started or concluded.

Withdrawing Account Balance

• Withdrawal requests: You can request a withdrawal of your account balance once the minimum threshold is reached. The funds will be transferred to the payment method linked to your account.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The actual duration may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal fees: Indiabetzone may charge a small fee for processing withdrawals. Any such fee will be displayed transparently before the transaction.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
